New Baby Tin!

I feel so lucky to have so many on-line sisters and one of them is a lady whom I love dearly! She and I have commented so many times that we wish we were neighbors...especially when I ran my daycare so we could be support for each other In Real Life! My friend, Laura, asked me to make a tin w/ Thank You's for her new baby girl that could be born any day now. Here is the tin and It's in the mail!!!

If you'd like to check out Laura's blog...go to http://theflukepeanutgallery.blogspot.com/

Laura is an amazing Christian lady who is a wonderful mama to almost 4 girls and several others in her daycare each day. Hope you like this, Laura!!! I had soooo much fun making it for you and Kendal!!

Baby Tin for Elizabeth!

I made this tin and 12 Thank You cards for my friend, Elizabeth, who is having a baby in about 6 weeks or so. They have waited and waited for this baby and have Dreamt about having another baby (their 3rd) for about 6 years. I had to put the words 'Dream' on their little one's tin. I hope this baby has lots of dreams in life and will succeed in everything he or she does. It is for sure already loved by many!

Altered Tins!

I love making these altered tins for people. I made this set for a customer. I'd put more details but don't want to give away the Christmas present..I doubt it will be found here but you never know.

The tin comes with 4 matching cards and my customer wants to add 8 more cards from my card bins. A tin like this sells for $35 with 8 cards (matching or other), and $45 with 12 cards.

You can custom order these tins in colors, themes, with names or monograms on them......just let me know! :)

Freedom Festival Sneak Preview #1

Well, I'm knee deep in fun stuff for the Fishers Freedom Festival this summer. I'm having a 2 day booth in the arts and crafts section and I'm so excited. Here is one of the items I'm making for the booth. It's a lunchbox altered tin with 8 cards inside (2 each of the 4 shown). I've had military families on my mind lately and thought this would be a fantastic gift for a military wife. The cards can be sent to her loved one (s) who are overseas or out of state fighting for our Freedom. Quite appropriate for the Freedom Festival, don't ya think? :)

This tin and 8 cards retails for $30. Stop by the Fishers Freedom Festival and say howdy. Here are the details:

Bundle for Babies!

I have several friends, including my sister, that are pregnant. Today I went to one of their showers. It was really a great time and we managed to totally surprise the mom. The look on her face was priceless....so sweet. Anyway, she's pregnant with twins so this is what I made her. The babies nursery is done in brown, blue and pink with a giraffe and monkey painted on the wall. It's really too cute so I hope mom can use this tin for those precious keepsakes like locks of hair, those first lost teeth, special keepsakes. But, for now, the tin is filled with Thank You's for her to use for some of her baby gifts. I also made a set of the cards for my sister...but they are keeping his name a secret so can't post his cards till after he's born! :) You'll just have to sit on pins and needles till the end of the month! If you are interested in ordering a similar tin for any type of occasion, just let me know. Prices range from $35-$50 depending if you want cards inside and how detailed you want the tin.
