Here is a sample of one of the cards we will be making at this months stamp class! I love this old Stampin' Up! Set, Lovely As A Tree! It's been around as far as I can remember! One of my favorites and fall just wouldn't be fall without at least one card made with this set! It will be a sad day when SU decides to retire it!!
I still have a few more openings for class next Thursday.
We will be meeting here on the 14th at 7:00 and will be making 3 cards for $5. Let me know if you are interested in coming.
This time of year helps us reflect on the harvest! Farmers are gathering up the crops! Pantries are filled with jars of canned goods! My friend gave my an entire grocery bag of apples off her tree. Much to be thankful for....I had it all on my mind when I made this card for my Stampin' Up! Class this next Tuesday! Classes are once a month and we make 3 cards for $5. Would love to have you join us sometime!!
This is one of the cards we will be making at this Thursday's class! The stamp set is called Perfect Blend and is from Stampin' Up! New catalog. I love my coffee so, naturally, this was one of the first sets I bought! Now, I think I'll go make myself a cuppa joe!!!
There is still room to attend the class. We will be making 3 cards for $5. Let me know if you are interested in coming along!! Just leave a comment here!
Here are the three cards we will be making at tonight's class. I still have room for a few more stampers. 3 cards for $5.
Father's Day is coming up! I used the Stampin' Up set, The Open Sea! I love this masculine set!!! The words come from the set, Delightful Dozen!
Can you tell what's been our minds?? Baseball, baseball and more baseball! I made this card using words Thank You for our sons baseball coaches! I wanted to make more of these so turned them into home run Happy Birthday cards. You won't get an out by giving this card to a baseball player! You will score big!! Who wants to learn how to make it?? Batter Up!!
The last card was made by using the new background stamp, Wildflower Meadow! Seems I'm always running out of Thank You cards so here's one to go!! Reminds me of summer!!!
Let me know if you have any questions, would like to order these cards, or would like to place a Stampin' Up! Order!!

Today we had a baby shower for a coworker. She's having a baby girl and the theme was lady bugs. I made the table decorations.... A four sided lantern for the main table, then two smaller decorations for the other tables. The cake was adorable and, oh, so yummy!! I found the lantern pattern online years ago when I made lantern decorations for a wedding party. Hope you enjoy and hope this inspires you into creative fun!
I sure wish it felt like Spring was in the air. We got 8-10 inches of snow during the night and throughout today. But, I'm hopefull and looking forward to Spring Break next week.
I am going to be having a Mother-Kid Card class on Thursday, April 4th at 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. This is meant for mom's or grandma's with their kids or grands, ages 5-15. The cost is $5 per person and a yummy Brunch will be served and is included in the cost. We will be making 3 birthday cards each and the cards will be easily adjusted for a boy or girl to make. If I have enough response, I'd be willing to open up an afternoon class. Right now, I have 4 spaces still open in the morning making a total of 12 spots.
If you are staying home over break and want to get out of the house for some fun crafty activities with your kids, just RSVP to email@example.com and we can get you all signed up.
Happy Spring....well, it feel like Christmas today!!
